Eliminating fibrillation – After flashing it is entirely probable that you have fibers sticking up through the ink.
Use the roller squeegee and the included piece of high-release PTFE film mounted to your screen to flatten out the image and improve the smoothness of the print. The use of the Roller Squeegee with Teflon® Film following a flash has numerous benefits. It will provide a very smooth and uniform hand to the flashed layer before a second layer is printed. Consider how Teflon® film is used in association with a heat press. Price include a piece of PTFE film with a ready to use adhesive backing.
NOTE: 23x31 OD Max Auto Frames use a 16" roller.
