BigRed-4D 54" Wide Conveyor Dryer

The BigRed4-54 is a high performance, high-wattage infrared conveyor dryer for professional shops with 54" wide by 105" long belt (54" long curing tunnel) and is perfect for commercial shops with high volume output needs.. All BigRed dryers feature digital temperature control, Side-heaters which extend the cure zone across the entire heater width, air cooled skin with filtered intake, separate make up air system, powered negative air exhaust, and cooling tray at exit.  Effectively cures water-based inks at high rates.  Dual Heat Zone feature lets you use one side of the belt and panels to save power when the full belt width is not needed. Please contact our sales department for help in determining which machine is right for you.
