High Mesh Count Discharge Binder Base

Matsui HM Discharge Base is modified to print easier through higher (200t+) mesh counts. It can be tinted using NEO Color Concentrates up to 10-15% to create a dye-dischargable colored ink or used with their CMS Formula Guide to mix PantoneTM colormatches. This base can also be used without pigments as an underlay for waterbase or plastisol top-layers.
