EQUIPMENT PURCHASES
If purchasing equipment with VISA, Mastercard or American Express, your card will not be charged until you are contacted by our sales office with any shipping/crating charges, if applicable.  PayPal payments, will be contacted and charged separately for shipping/crating charges, if applicable.

PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
30 Day Money Back Guarantee on  unused products in original packaging with factory seal still present. (DOES NOT APPLY TO EQUIPMENT PURCHASES) Used or opened products cannot be returned.

PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE
If you have an unused and unopened item purchased with the previous 30 days, contact our sales dept. with your original order number available, and we will issue a return authorization.  The item should be returned in the original shipping container if possible.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Once we have received and inspected that the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition a refund will be issued to the credit account used of the original purchase.  For certain products a restocking fee will also apply.
